It was scary. x___x; This was the first one I've ever had.
I saw a flashing light in a zigzag pattern for 10-20 minutes. Apparently that's a sign of a migraine.
It went away though soon after my mom made me lie down in the dark with no noise and a wash cloth over my eyes.
