I honestly wouldn't buy it in that condition.
You should first paint the background white in art pad, because honestly, on the white of a forum, it looks really bad with the default background. D:

I'm personally not a fan of head shots, but if you started using white backgrounds, I'd most definitely buy something of my cat plush because the one you did on her head is effing adorable. XD <3


Aside from that, shaky hands and mouses are no excuses!! You just need a little practice. : D
I have shaky hands, too, and I use my less dominant hand on a mouse. Yet, after using it so much, I get a ton of comments on how smooth my stuff looks. @ o@''

Haha thank you. :] But I need to use my dominate hand, otherwise, my hand just goes everywhere.

Not with practice it won't.
It's like a puppy. It may make you ram your head into the desk a few times, but it's definitely possible to train if you sit through it. XDD
