I agree with you, men are just as abused as women.
I honestly feel that everyone just needs to keep their hands to themselves when they are angered.
Now...
I actually started to become abusive without realizing it at first ti my fiance.
That sounds really horrible but it started as a form of defense.
He tickles me to the point that I can't breathe sometimes or he does things and doesn't stop when I ask.
I learned that pinches or bites or other small painful acts got him to stop.
It became habit when he did something to me that I didn't like and words didn't work.
After a while, he started retaliating with doing it back to me.
Then every time we ended up playing around it always got rough.
We're working on it, because sometimes it gets out of hand, but...
It is a hard habit to break since we'd done it so long and didn't realize it was abuse.
However, even though we've never REALLY hurt each other, it was important to stop to not get to that point.
I think men really need to vocalize when they feel abused.
Something should be done and it is stupid that authority doesn't believe a man.
Why would someone lie about that?

I was born a female and I'm not that sure if I will agree with you..because in most part of the world..women are abused... [most of the time]

Raur: In most parts of the world, women and men are abused. One gender being abused in no way means the other is not. That's ridiculous. And your post only underscores the truth of this topic. I don't see you demanding proof that men abuse women- why is that? And what does you being born female have to do with it? Having breasts in no way makes you a sudden expert on domestic violence.

Men are abused the world over. To believe that there exists a country in which no man is abused is wrong in the extreme. Even in the Middle East, men are abused- yes, by women as well as each other. The Middle East is not the seething backwards cauldron of misogyny and terrorism people seem to think it is.
this is pretty much the same issue with men getting rape. most men won't report being rape due to the fact that most people will laugh in their faces, considering so many people believe it's nearly impossible for these type of things to happen.
