I wasn't aware of this design of yours, and it wasn't used for the Delusive Mushroom, nor given to the artist. I also usually add this sticker manually to the said profile, whenever a user designed item is released.

I think since it has more then the "Mushroom Hat" pose it wouldn't really count as your "general idea".
