Oh yes it can. Potential buyers are always looking for presentation, and if a wall or ceiling is so much as one wrong colour, it can lead them to the decision not to buy the place. Ridiculous I know, but that's how the housing market works, especially when most landlords won't let you paint the place until you actually own it.

our land lord lets us paint any UPSTAIRS walls what ever we want. But downstairs has to stay the same color the whole time.
But we're aloud to hang things and shit...

Well some landlords are more lenient than others, but all good landlords have good reasons for their rules. But yeah, that's probably why you need to paint your walls white before you move, if you move: presentation says everything.

Wow a lot of chatting has gone on while I was out. But first things first.
elonoa; As that is the price I'm asking trade has bin sent.
Arara; My subscribers are the people I sell to every month, the pre-order is open to everybody else. I know it's a bit messy in the post and I'm working on making it clearer.
Poets; no pre-orders had backed out this month but 2 of the people that have a subscription failed to complete there end of the trade within the 7 days I have in the rules. After that I cancel the trade and as this was the second month in a row they have until the 15th to post here or I will remove them from the list permanently.
Currently I have no hearts to sell.
