These days, I think it's when you have only a few 100k or less.
Since a lot of items are in the 500k-10 mil mark, well a lot of the better ones.
But then you get into the discussion of item wealth versus gold wealth.
Since I suppose I'd be wealthy if we counted only item worth, but that's
cause I got lucky and bought a few items early/got donations from friends.
I finially moved to the UK! Not sure how active I will be yet, though. Have a few laptop fixes to be done.
