haha that should be interesting.
as for me, not much. went jogging this afternoon and realized just how badly i need to make a habit of it. other than that just hanging out at home with the guys, waiting for dinner.
at the beginning of january to motivate myself i started a workout journal. i try to do 20minutes to a half hour of floor exercises everyday, and 20 minutes of yoga. days that i go into the office i count the bile ride as my workout, and now that i'm aware of how bad my cardiovascular health is, i'm going to start jogging more often too. it's hard because i'm doing it all at home and on my own, but my bf is too fit for me to keep up with, and i'm uncomfortable working out at gym's, so it's the only way!
Yep yep. I can't wait 'til I'm able to get some sort of routine down. I'd go walking after school if it weren't for the fact that it gets dark soon after I get home, and the place I like to walk to and on is the beach. And I don't think bringing a flashlight would make me feel any better lol. But I usually go with my brother if and when I go. Just waiting for daylight to last longer so that I can actually go walking like I want to.
wrox: i find that to be a problem too, not enough daylight hours.
i'm fortunate to have a lot of free time and so i can work out indoors in the mornings. however it's too cold in the mornings right now for jogging, and later in the day i'm busy. that and my neighborhood is not one to go jogging in when it's getting dark. ^^'
