In this forum, you can buy, sell, and trade items, gold, and hearts with other users.
Gold auctions are strictly forbidden in this forum, please use the Gold Auction subforum.
Thread titles:
. Try to be specific when you choose your thread title. State what you are buying or selling and try to make it clear for other users.
Forbidden trading:
. Off-site trading is forbidden.
. Do not trade for anything other than hearts, gold, or Ernya's items.
Bidding:
. Only bid what you own and can afford. Try to restrain yourself from retracting your bids.
Harassment:
. You are allowed to quote prices to other users, but you are not allowed to quote a price to disrupt a sale; for example, you are not allowed to tell someone that they are not selling at the 'correct' price.
. Do not pressure or rush users to sell to you or buy from you.
. Sellers are allowed to sell to whoever they want. They can also back out of a trade if they change their mind.
. Do not harass other users who are trying to offer on the same item as you. Everybody is alowed to offer.
. If you are asked to leave a thread, please promptly do so, quietly and politely, regardless of the way you are asked. If it is in a harassing and/or flaming manner, do not add to it and instead report them.
Spamming:
. Posting "good luck" will not be considered as spam, unless posted repetitively in too many threads. Try to make constructive posts.
Offers will not be considered as one word post, even if the post is as short as "10k".
NO Necroing:
. You MAY NOT post in a thread if it has been inactive for two (2) weeks or longer unless you are the thread's owner.
Multiple threads:
. Do not open more than one thread if you're selling the same item(s). Take it out of your permanent shop before making a temporary shop with the same item.
. Try to edit your threads if you have something else to sell instead of making a new one. Permanent selling threads are preferred over temporary ones.
. You are allowed a maximum of one (1) permanent thread and one (1) temporary thread at the same time.
Scamming:
. Do not try to sell an item you do not own.
. Do not bid on your own item.
Sale disruption:
. Please remember that it is extremely disrespectful to the shop owner to do business with another user in the shop owner's thread.
Where does your thread go?
. The Buying Hut is here for 'buying only' threads.
. The Gold Auctions is here for gold auctions only such as 1g,10g,100g auctions, and other small gold increment auctions.
. All other threads (i.e. selling, both buying and selling, trading, permanent selling threads) belong to the main Exchange forum.
Locked threads:
. If your thread is locked, it's more than likely because you have named it 'Sold' or 'Closed'. If you wish for it to be unlocked, please PM an available moderator of the forum and they will unlock it for you.
. If a thread is locked due to other reasons, such as rule breaking or a fight, and you feel that it was locked unfairly, please PM an available moderator to discuss the closing and see if you can get it reopened.
. Remember, Ernya Staff will never ask for your password; if someone asks for your password, report them.
Threads that do not belong to this forum will be moved.
