Ah, I understand.
That can be a very abstract way to look at it, but I try to view them like scientists. They take a bunch of things from observation and splice them together to make the 'big picture.' If you say someone is 'creative' it has a derogatory undertone like 'nice effort, but not what I expected.' So if you say artists are clever, it associates them with wit. (And they come off as less air-headed)
I'm usually on-time, but I spend the meetings doodling away. So not much use there.

(But college professors claim drawing coordinates to memory so Art professors will never yell at a student for sketching)
