Hi everyone,

Today is the time to release not one but two new features: Squad and Buddy Chat!

It is something the whole team have been working on for the past few months. This is really exciting to see it comes to life, and I bet you guys are excited as well.

Let me explain what this is all about.

Squad
You now have the possibility to create a squad or join a squad.
When you do so, you can earn extra gold for every post you make, AND for every post one of your squad member makes!
You also have the ability to chat in the chat window with the members from your squad.
Anyone can leave a squad at anytime, and any leader can disband a squad at any time.
Squads are free up to 3 members.
Only the leader of the squad can invite new members to the squad. You will need invitations to invite more members to the squad only if you desire your squad to be above 3 people, you can then purchase some in Chloe's Shop.

• The maximum size for the Squad by default is 3 people, including the leader. Each member of the squad will get an additional 3 gold for each of their posts, and for each of the other squad member's posts, on the top of the regular gold you earn while posting!
  
  A Squad can be expended to 10 people maximum, granting a 10 gold bonus per post.
  In order to invite more people to the squad, you will need to purchase invitations from Chloe's Shop.
  
  Invitations can be bought in bulk or individually. Invitation are consumable, meaning they are one time use.
  The leader of the squad is the only one who needs to be in possession of the invitations. For each new member invited to the squad, an invitation will be needed, and will disappear from the inventory when the new member gets invited.
  
  1 extra gold per online member.
  The bonus gold per post is based on the online members from your squad.
  If your squad is 8 members, but only 6 of these members are online, each member will get an additional 6 gold for each posts.
  If both of the offline members come back online, each member will get an additional 8 gold for each of their posts, and so on. The more members are online and active, the most gold you will get, and the most the entire squad will benefit from it.
  Remember you get bonus gold for each of your own posts, and for each of every single member's posts within your squad!
  
  

  

Buddy Chat
You can converse with your buddy list in the friend window.
Each time you type a message, every single person who is in your buddy list, will be able to read it and respond instantly!

There is also an handy notification tab for all of the notifications.
It will update you on the latest announcements, updates, inbox messages, profile comments, pending or completed trades, if your leveling item gained a level, etc.

The squad window
It is really flexible. You have the ability to resize it and move it around the screen. In addition to that you may also minimize it and place its location wherever you would like. Even while minimized, you are constantly updated on how many unread messages you have under each category tab.
If for some reason, you want to disable the window, you can do so in your settings.
Be aware that if you do so, you will not be able to receive any squad invite.

We also decided to simplify our action menu located under each avatars in the forums. It is now only triggered by hover, and have the same functionality as before, but with additional ability to invite squad members.
