How do you mean? It's not a fad. It's genuine need that people have. @@;
Something else. I really dislike rooibos (except for ONE blend that I do actually love enough to want to make an OC out of, haha). It's just stuff like green tea and blueberry tea and what not. I also reeeeally love premature rooibos. When it's green? ♥
The gluten free labels actually mean that it's gluten free. So I can trust teas there. Plus you can get 50 tea bags for the same price that 15 or 20 bags are here, or from other countries.
In the US, it can say gluten free, but still contain gluten (the regulations state up to how much it can have before it can't be gluten-free is the problem). So it's not gluten-free at all! So even though I'm getting the same types, the one from the US can have "natural flavours" from barley, and colouring from wheat and what have you. You won't know until you have a reaction and the doctor says, "Yup. It's a celiacs flare up. Be more careful with what you eat!". OTL
No, I know it is a need for many people like yourself, but there is a kind of fad where people are going for gluten-free food as a result of trying to eat healthy, that is the fad in question. So companies are trying to label everything and anything gluten-free to sell their shit, if you get where I'm coming from.
Ah I see, I drink a lot of Rooibos myself, but I don't actually know many that like it. Many drink it because it's healthy, but not many actually prefer the taste over other teas, which I personally do. xD
That's really awful, you should write to them and complain, I don't know if it will help, but at least let them know. OTL
Ahhh. Yeah. To "Get on the bandwagon and make profit". OTL
I think that's why the FDA has made it like it is... Obama appointed the head of Monsanto as the food czar, so the laws that go through are extremely, extremely biased. The company that used to get in trouble can now get away with making more money than ever...
Yeah. XD;
The one I like has hibiscus in it, and I'm like.... daaaamn. That's a fine marriage of flavours.
If I find more of the same, I could like it more, but I still have issues with rooibos itself.
My mum is buying me some to help with my inflammation and stuff and I'm like... I don't wanna drink that. >O<;
It's already been done. They always say, "If you're hungry enough. You'll eat it."
Yeahokay. OTL
At least there are still some really good ones, like Enjoy Life.
I just can't eat their stuff any more because they use date paste in everything. unu;
Before that, though, I could eat their stuff no problem, and yummy, too! ♥
One is Republic of Tea, and the other I don't know.
I used my last bag earlier today. <///3
My mum got me some other rooibos tea that is rooibos, cinnamon, anise, and peppermint. I LOVE IT A LOT. o 0o ♥
I like my tea as strong as possible.
Oh of course not! They create genetically modified foods that the FDA, as well as every other research group, says are to blame for the high increase of allergies.
They really, really don't give a flying fuck. xX;
Oh dear, sad that you can eat that anymore. omo
So I guess you're mostly making your own food from scratch now? That way you know what goes into it and don't use things you can't eat.
Ah I've seen that brand before, I'll probably get some when I go out next. ouo
If you told me when your birthday was I would totally send you some. xD
I like my tea strong too. ouo
Yeah it looks like it. omo
Kittens: This was the first place I asked you any questions in, ironically. xD
Making food from scratch is still difficult.
I'm mainly eating things raw, now... but even then my list of available fruits and veggies have drastically been cut short. OTL
This is going to be a long year.
LOL
What would the shipping costs be!? lmao
Chreon;
Thank you!
I like that piece personally because I feel like I captured her perfectly. * _ *;;
Rare to happen with my own OCs... LOL
Chemie;
That reminds me I was going to do all my other volcanic characters so you could pick. .3.;
Volkania and Lugh are in the works, at least! -but Volkania is like, 7-8-9 feet, and Lugh is under 4 feet... XD;
Karthala is a creeper with a huge-ass complicated mask (it's kills me to ink it so I think it would probably kill others... OTL;), but Chile I think you would adore! ♥
I really do like your style. It's refreshing.
Sometimes I can't help but ask myself why I don't go about deviating from anime and semi-realistic style but I know that it's not really my thing.
Nonetheless, your art really amazes me.
I also like the moth character you drew. I forgot the tile of the piece though.
XDDD I suppose that would be cool, but I don't know what I'd get you.
I wouldn't want to send you anything American. Ahaha...
I actually got some imported candies from my own country to send to Dolly. LOL
I have other art I need to do as well. </3
Chreon;
I started out doing nothing chibis and badly done mermaids and ponies... in manga style.
I think it ended because I started drawing and learning from real life.
Styles really are just one's interpretation of life. Which is why there are so many unique ones out there. Each person interprets life differently.
That's why I don't believe in any true realism, either. It's not like all the realistic artists out there are so similar that you can't say who drew it.
They all draw closely from life, but you can still tell who drew what, because they still interpreted something differently from the other. Be it colour, shapes, the way one item catches light more than another, and so on.
To me it's not really a choice in what you decide to do, but who you are.... as long you're not trying to be someone else, that is.
I can't remember the title, either. XD I tend to draw and forget.
