I like it, I think you did a lot for not much. I will say, since most people don't know this when they first come to the site, but all the colors with the same name will be the same color on the item. Most other sites you find that the colors don't match even if they're both named red, but here if it's red it will all match.
Mostly what I think I would change is the hair and ankle warmers to be blueberry instead, maybe add some little bits of red around too

What you have so far is really nice, as others suggested spreading out the colors a bit more may help with the balance.
My suggestions would be to add more of the bottle color, { excuse me if it is not that you are using, I'm referring to the color of the shirt }, to other areas of the avatar such as the feet/ head area. If you switch the colors in the hair to the blue color you are using and bottle you could possibly add a few small hair accessories in black. If you choose to keep the hair the same you could add white/bottle earrings.
I like how you layered the white of the undershirt, if you could subtly add more white and have it peek out over the avi it might give it a more cohesive feel.

It's got class. I'd add some light colored gloves or bracelets. I like the stocking/legwarmer combo with the footwear. :3
