I lost a necklace and a ring in primary school. We weren't allowed to wear them but I was sentimental about them, so I stupidly took them to school in my pocket or around my ankle, under my socks. Worked for a while before the ring fell out my pocket one day and the necklace fell out my bag on a swim day. >>
