(Yeah I know the description is very lacking, but I don't want to spoil too much for people who have not watched the anime or read the manga yet, and are planning to)

Ciel is a 12 year old boy and the current head of the Phantomhive family.
He lives in the Phantomhive Manor together with his butler Sebastian Michaelis, the steward Tanaka, the cook Bardroy, the gardener Finnian and the housemaid Mey Rin.
Both of Ciel's parents are dead, and his closest family is Madam Red, his late mother's sister.
Ciel is a small and fragile boy, but doesn't let this show as he is a very proud and strict person as well.
He's very set on his vengeance towards the people who killed his parents, and is extremely loyal to Queen Victoria who he also works for. But Ciel does have sweet and caring sides too (especially towards his fiancée Elizabeth Middleford), though he very rarely let them show.
Ciel Phantomhive also inherited his father's company Funtom, which specializes in toys and candy.
The only person that Ciel actually confides in is his butler Sebastian Michaelis, who is a demon, and have promised to help Ciel with his revenge in exchange for his soul...
