Q- How can I change my username?
A - You can request a name change for a 500 gold fee here.

Q - One of my accounts didn't receive the confirmation Email.
A - Post here with the correct information asked in the thread to get this sorted out.

Q - How do I edit my signature?
A - Click the Settings link next to the "Log Out [ X ]" link and it will bring you to your Settings. Then select the tab "Board Preferences". Look for a tab on the left titled "Posting Settings". Click this and it will bring up the "Edit Signature" box.

Q – How many Mules are allowed?
A - You are not limited to how many mules you can have as long as it stays a reasonable number (10 is not considered as reasonable). Trying to keep it at two mules would be the best. Also, all mules must stay active; you are not allowed to make a mule with the only intention of holding a username.

For a mule account to be considered active, it needs to be used either as storage (items), as a role-playing mule, or as an account you would post with. Having 10 gold, 2 posts and an empty inventory on a mule that hasn't been logged for months is not considered active.

Inactive mules could be deleted without warning. However, if you had left over gold it would be transferred on your main account.

Q – Are there size limits for our Signatures?
A - Yes,
~ Keep all images in your signature under 500x500 pixels, and under 100,000 bytes for animations.
~ For threads 650 pixels wide, anything over that stretches the forum.
~ You are allowed up to 350 characters
~ Please do NOT stretch the forums in any direction.

Q - What is the Max gold grant per post?
A - 30 gold.

Q - What is necroing?
A - Necroing is when a topic that is OLD* is posted in, bumping the thread.

OLD* is defined as for all forums, excluding the Hangout forum, as a thread that has not been posted in for TWO WEEKS.

For Hangouts it is a full month from the last post.
Owners of permanent selling threads, quest threads, charities, art shops are allowed to revive their own thread anytime.

Q - Can I use post styles in my posts?
A -
~Adding extra text/poems in the beginning or the end of each post isn't allowed.
~Adding hatch-able pets or characters from other websites in your posts isn't allowed either.
Yet adding a flob or an image is allowed.
~Adding one special letter character, at the beginning or at the end of your post format, such as "♥" or anything similar is allowed.
Try not to clutter your posts too much, and keep it readable for other users.

Q – Why do I have to type in a confirmation code for every post?
A - This is to stop Spammers, it should stop after 10 or so posts.

Q- How do I become a Mod?
A - This is at the sole discretion of the Ernya staff. when new mods are needed it will be discussed and users who are active members in the community will be looked at and they will be asked privately. There will be no longer be an announcement about becoming a mod.

Q - How do i add someone to my Buddy list?
A - You can go to someones profile clinking the profile button in the forum under someones avi or clicking their name bottom of the forum, Then in their profile there will be an "buddy list" button.

Q - How do I change the banner?
A - Go to settings > Board Preferences > Global settings. From there you can choose which theme you'd like to see at the top of the site.

Q - How do I edit my avatar?
A - To edit your avatar and equip items, go to your inventory and click the item you want to equip. Use the drop down boxes to narrow your searches. Click the "Body Settings" to change your skin, hair, and eyes. Once you have your avatar made, you can save your outfit by clicking "Save Outfit".

Q - How do I try on items in the stores?
A - If you click the item image it will lead to a page where you can try on different poses and colors. And clicking one of the color bars changes the item color to what you'd like. Click on 'Add to Cart' to add it to your shopping cart and "Preview all Items" to see all the items in your inventory on your avatar.

Q - How to add items to your wishlist?
A - Go to Settings > Profile > Profile settings > at the bottom of the page and Click yes next to 'Enable Wishlist by default' then click "submit"

After this to actually ADD the item, go to your profile and at the bottom there is a search-box, type the name of the item you want and/or select it then click "Add to Wishlist"
To remove an item from your wishlist, click the 'x' in the top right corner. If the 'x' isn't visible, hover over the area until it says 'remove' and click. Your item will then be
removed from your list.

Q - When do Donation Items and Charm Coins come out?
A - Donation Items will come out the 1st of every month. Charm coins will come out the 15th.

Q - How do I use the monthly spell? What is it?
A - The Monthly Spell is a special item that comes out every month. This item has the ability to change one of your previous special items into a new colour it previously didn't have. Currently, all Donation Items, Coin Items, and some Special Items (ex: NPC items) have the ability to change colours using the Monthly Spell.
To use this item, make sure you have the preferred spell in your inventory, like a black spell. Click the item you'd like to change the colour of. Under the normal available colours there will be a box that says 'available spells'. Click the colour box of the spell you'd like to use and it will change into the appropriate colour. The new coloured item and the spell will be added to your equiped list. To remove it, just click it like you would any other item you want to take off.
The spell is also not consumable, so you can use it over and over again. But remember, one spell per item. If you want to equip three items changed by the spells at once, you need three spells.

Q - Can I change my common clothes colors in my inventory panel after I buy them?
A - You can not change your common clothes after you buy them, only Donation Items, Coin Items, and some Event Items have this option.

Q - What does this Marble by my avatar do?
A - The marble shows up beside your avatar every day. It was added as a reward for signing in every day. If you decide to open it you will get special items or some extra gold. Please remember, only 2 marbles per IP address can be obtained once per day.

Q - Where is the Dream Avatar system?
A - The Dream Avatar can be accessed through your inventory. Click "Dream Avatar" above your avatar while in your Inventory.

Q - What are hearts? []
A - Hearts are Ernya's currency to purchase items in the Donation Shop! You can get hearts by donating to the site. For each $1 you will receive 10 hearts. Each donation item worth 20 hearts. We also have packages like these.

Donation Items come with five or six different poses and three colors. You can only equip one pose at once but you can change the color in your inventory anytime! Items such as the Charm Coin will generate a random prize for you! It is a one use only item. After you purchase them they will be added to your inventory.

Q - Will you be Fixing the glitched blush pose?
A - No. A glitch free blush is available in the shops.


Q - Why do i see different color pandas?
A - The Blush glitch causes the pandas to be different colors to what they actually come with.
