I tried to collect the marble, but it keeps saying that I already collected it. It did not show in my inventory at all.

Some additional info:

1. I have a mule account, but did not collect the marble for it.

2. I'm the only person who collects marbles from this IP address.

You can get up to two marbles per ip address a day.
You only get the message you described when you try to collect a third one.

Then someone on the same ip address as you already collected the marbles. Unless the last time you collected your marbles was yesterday night.

The only other person with an ernya account uses her laptop. I asked if she used the computer earlier today and she said no.

What time did you open your marbles yesterday? Also are you sure the laptop isn't using the same ip address?

I only logged onto ernya today.

Is the IP address the internet service that is provided? If it is, then I think I know why I couldn't get a marble.

Hello, now I have a new problem.

I just opened my marble and was suppose to receive 71 gold, but I did not see a change in the amount I have. This is also the first time I logged on today.
