Hogwarts is my home.
Oh Paprika.
My first mindfuck.

I regret nothing.
That movie is dripping in awesome.

Note: Inception was based off of it.
Paprika came first.
^^;;

I haven't seen it, but this thread makes me really wish I had.
I kept seeing it on netflix and I kept forgetting to put it on my dvd queue.
Now, I don't have that chance since I changed my plan to instant streaming only.
And it sounds like my kind of movie.
Here's to hoping they'll put it on instant streaming one of these days.

DEFINITELY watch Paprika. It's so phenomenal. I watched it, then went on to listen to the soundtrack for about a week. SUCH a good movie.

Epic as hell, and my first anime movie (Pokemon will never count).
It's great. The animation is fluid, the colors are bright and poppy, and the storyline and art suck you into its world.
If you haven't seen Paprika, you really should. It's a wonderful movie.

i BUILD TOWERS OUT OF LEGOS AND WHEN THEY GET REALLY REALLY HIGH I LIKE TO PUSH THEM DOWN TO WATCH THEM FALL [INSERT=CAPSLOCK]
I don't know why you think it would be disrespectful to recommend a movie. It's done by a studio I like and everything! I'll totally look into it, thank you.

its cause where talking about another movie so if i make a suggestion is like interrupting the topic rather more an apology Id say is more like saying "excuse me "

I love this movie so much. It's one of my favourites <3

This got me into Satoshi Kon's other films, like Millennium actress, and tokyo godfathers.

I loved Paprika. The style is so beautiful and I found it to be a much more enjoyable movie than Inception... I just felt the concept was explored in a more humane way (if that makes any sense). I've recommended it to a ton of friends.

@killerchido: you're the second person to mention Tekkonkinkreet in a conversation about Paprika XD I'm definitely gonna put that in my watchlist now.

I never watched it before, but the plot line intrigues me quite a bit.
Aside from it being Sci-fi, what else would this movie be described as? It's not a thriller, is it?
