Well, this is something I noticed when I was trying to do a cosplay of one of my oc's, and it bugs me. >.< I don't know if anyone else really cares, but the way that I want to use the Feather Boa and the Winter Contest Item causes odd layering and I was hoping that it could be fixed. The cloak layers over this particular cloak, whereas it layers under the others. But I love this cloak and it is the only one that fits my characters theme.
