It's the "Imma post eight threads with no discussion content whatsoever in the same hour on my first day here" part that kills me. But that seems to have died down already.
Most of them aren't bad, and the ones who stick around learn the rules.

all together that make some new users reluctant to stay.

I was bad with the rules at first, but I eventually learned them ;w;
Just pray that they get bored with the site and leave. Then you will be fine.

From what I've seen in the past it usually takes a little while but either most of the bad apples leave or stay here, learn and improve.
