View topic - How do you organize your inventory? Spinoff
The Inventory Show-Off thread got me thinking...how do you guys organize your inventories? I go in color order for each category (so all of my tops are in rainbow order and the items from each color are alphabetized, and so on), but my main inventory is a general plague area.

I'm a perfectionist so everything has to be in perfect order.
My inventory is ordered as: Spells (new-old), Coin items (old-new), Limited items (hair-shoes/sets), Marble items (old-new), Donation items (old-new), Event items (old-new), Sticker items (hair-shoes & colour) and the commons are hair-shoes & by colour.

mines soo messy it'll take me hours to make it all neat, and i dont have motivation so yeah .-.

i organize my commons the same way you do! i put my spells in color order and they are first. they take up almost a whole page. then i put the di's in order of epicness followed by the ci's. i took all the other items out of my invo and put them on my mule. xD

I have shit I'll never use / plan to sell at the bottom, then I have some commons organized in a rainbow, and then I have all the DIs and CIs that I often use, and then there's all the shit I've recently bought that I'm too lazy to organize.
Spells go at the very bottom because I usually don't sell those and they have no need to be up top.

I'm thinking of going head to toe--hair first, then hats, then hair accessories, etc. and organizing CIs/DIs and whatnot near the end in alphabetical order.
Hm, that's a good idea. But wouldn't have to sub-organize then, with the colors and whatnot?

First off I got my DIs, then I have my spells, then my limited seasonal items (including Schmoopsy and Niko), and then I have my CIs arranged in chronological order with the rarest item at the front and the most common at the back, then I have my MIs with Sherbert at the front, and then my NPC costume items, then my limited hairs, then my EIs arranged in chronological order and sorta mixed, SIs, and then finally my little commons (which I sell for more gold each avatar).
I keep my raffle tickets at the very front, though.
I just need to have my inventory this way or else I'm weirded out :B

Mine goes: raffle tickets, donation items, commons(organized by type), coin items, spells, sticker items, NPC items, limited items, limited hairs, marble items, valentine 2011 items, school event items, 1 year items, christmas 2010 items, halloween 2010 items, valentine 2010 items, halloween 2009 items, easter 2010 items, and finally easter 2011 items.

Red, Burgundy, Mauve, Cherry, Gum, Pink, Sunset, Orange, Blond, Gold, Lemon, Lime, Mint, Green, Emerald, Olive, Grass, Bottle, Night, Blueberry, Jeans, Blue, Teal, Cyan, Ocean, Aqua, Lavender, Ice, Lilac, Sunrise, Pearl, Amethyst, Purple, Eggplant, Brown, Ragdoll, Burlywood, Black, Gray, Undead, Opal, Silver, White, Pure White
Struck out means they are on a different account to be kept separate from the items I collect. And no apricot isn't even on the list.

Man all this hurts my brain...
I don't really organize my inventory ._. I mean..sometimes I'll just get fed up with the junkiness and maybe organize it like: Marble Items, DIs, CIs, EIs, Commons, or something like that. But I really don't bother xD
I think I'll wait til they have like a better sorting feature, maybe different drawers like on Menewsha.
