It's going to be a Stargate from SG-1.
This thing! I'll have to find more accurate photos or snatch one of the Stargate Coasters that I gave him as an early birthday present to get in all of the details.
I'm going to make it half chocolate half vanilla and make the icing myself, orange, grey and blue. I have a circular pan too, so I'm good! And I may make more than one!

Ever baked a cake for someone? Got any advice?

Make sure you have the right sized pan. I used the wrong size, and my cake came out flat, but I chopped it up, and put icecream on it so it was all good.
