What glitch experiences have you guys endured with your games?
Zelda OOT: Dropped through the floor in the Gerudo hut.
Zelda Link to the Past: In the Darkworld, I made Link turn invisible after using the mirror on the bridge to go back to the Light world.

In Dragon Quest 8, there's a rock that you walk by and can make you fall endlessly, but you have to be extremely patient for it to happen because it doesn't happen immediately.
I have seen lots of glitches.
The most ruinous and pain in the ass are in Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3.
Those are ridiculous and game ruining!

The worst is your reputation changing for no reason at random times, when you least want it to.
And reputation with factions is very important in that game!
One building, the Ultra Lux, is a buggy hell, you go in and can never get out again or walk past a point. I lost a entire character from that piece of garbage! The quests assoicated with it are buggy messes and sometimes uncompletable.
The games are awesome. :)
But they have a horrible level of crashing, freezing and lagging.
There is annoying one in Warhammer Space Marine where enemies, mostly Orks, get stuck in the upright scenery and you can't get them by melee or executions. You have to shoot them till they die.
That is the only bug, thankfully, and not that common.

Only glitches I have experianced to my memory is good ones that ended up serving me in some way.
Assassins Creed -
Falling through a floor and getting a hard achievement.

Going into a new place only to now have a clone of my main character and be able to controll the clone and real char during battles.
Left 4 Dead -
Turned on the game for the first time in months to beat it only to find it was the only day the servers got messed up and a hard Achievement was unlocked.
Halo 3 -
Playing on Legendary and about to die just after doing the coolest set of moves ever only to find the Arbiter kicked off a ledge and to come back with a twin just in time for them both to save my back side.
Halo 3: ODST -
Helping 3 A$$Holes attempt to get an achievement only to be insulted and mocked for 7 hours straight because I had not died only to find after wishing for something to go wrong at the end it did and a glitch made the level unbeatable.. 7 hours down the drian.

I've also encountered numerous glitches in many games. However the only one that got ingrained into my memory is not what I would even call a glitch. The power ran out whilst I was playing Pokemon Silver on my GBA. Upon regaining power, everything was wiped. I haven't played it since.
I do not know if this could be considered a glitch or not. But in Sonic Advance, in one particular level when you have to go down a hole you can not see your character, even though you are supposed to.
In borderlands, I made my car sink through the floor, stick vertically and horizontally on walls. It was really fun. lol
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands for Xbox 360. I'm pretty much near the end, and the game keeps glitching and I can't get past this one spot!!!!
Bioshock 2 : I got glitched into this room once after using a rush drill attack and couldn't get back out D; I even tried to aggro another big daddy to try and get out but it didn't work!
Mabinogi: When they had the Monster Summoning urn Some of the monsters summoned (I.E. A huge Ifrit) appeared in the trees or other items and you couldn't destroy them...AT ALL. They would just stand there, stuck, and no attack affected them. It drove me nuts because I wanted some drops from those things!
Every damn game I've played I experienced a glitch. Some of them just put me off.
Skyrim: On the get go the dragon to blow the hole open as you escape never came.
Oblivion: Couldn't talk or do anything. My brother's save file worked though.
Saint's Row: I fell victim to that save error and the no eyeballs and no hips glitch.
There were also a lot of other games where it glitched and I couldn't continue and spent hours trying to figure it out only to check it up and have it tell me that something that was meant to happen never happen. The worst was when I played Medal of Honor. I spent 4 hours stubbornly trying to get one level to work. I became an expert at killing everyone on cue because I memorised the timing by then.
And of course:
Pokemon Blue and Yellow - Mssingo + Mew glitches.

The worst I've ever had was in Harvest Moon: Animal Parade
I went to the church to talk to an NPC, and complete a quest, but when the dialogue ended I was stuck between her and one of the pews. Like it actually moved me to a different position after the dialogue was over.
Hitting her with an axe didn't help. And since time doesn't pass when you're indoors, she decided to stand in the same place for ever.
Had to reset...

That's funny, because in the one for DS it glitched so bad that we had to sell it x(
Vilkas and Farkas glitch in Skyrim is probably the glitch that has bugged me most in any game. >_<
