January 18th, 2583: 6 humans were cryogenically frozen. It was a risky task; even the scientists were skeptical. But these 6 were determined, they wanted to be the first.
The current date: unknown. The 6 have now waken up and found themselves in a desert wasteland we once called "Earth". How long have they been out? It can't just be them on this planet. Thankfully, it isn't.
Robotrons, experiment robots left over from one of the past scientist's research labs, emerge from the dust and debris of Electronica: the city that held the 6 brave humans. Electronica was once a beautiful, modern city that thrived. Now they have a single oasis for survival.
The 6 humans have now teamed up with the left over Robotrons to find what really happened to Earth and to survive in this city.

Robotrons were created by a very eccentric scientist. The mission: create a robot that shares traits with humans. (Looks, actions, even feelings.) They all are quite basic when received, though they each have their own unique "color ID", which is like a human's eye color.
"Female" Robotrons are invented from simple microwaves. Well, their parts, actually. And, respectfully, "male" Robotrons are formed from toaster parts.
At the infant stage there's not much your Robotron can do. It mostly just sits there, giving off heat, electricity and even a bit of radiation. (Don't worry, it's harmless!) Because of this they are no able to venture out into the city. (AKA: No roleplaying at this stage.)
As a child, Robotrons' limbs are not fully developed. Their arms are disconnected from their bodies, but a magnetic pull holds them loosely together. Their legs and feet are just a small, rubber wheel that they must learn to balance on.
Finally, as adults, their legs and arms fully grow (and attach) to their bodies, while their color ID grows a bit larger, thanks to upgrades. Adult Robotrons will join forces with the humans, along side of their fellow machines.

What's this? We've found a new Robotron! It appears to be a male with a dark purple color ID. It has been found with a large cloak and its ears seem to resemble elves from our long lost fantasy stories.

We've also found an adorable little female Robotron. It has beautiful, green wings and a baby blue color ID.

Custom Robotrons can be created with special skill. Koral, from Koral's Kustoms, loves to go to the Junkyard and find scrap parts just for making special Robotrons. Once she finds what she wants, Koral and Tyler King, from King's Repair Shop, work together to build an amazing Robotron. Their prices range from 3,000-5,000 gold, depending on the request's complexity. Please keep in mind that Robotrons are small and can only have so much done. Custom Robotrons will be delivered fully grown, and they can breed if desired.

What? Robotrons can breed? Well, maybe not in the way you're thinking. Robotrons can "breed" via a Robochip. These chips are in every Robotron, no matter how they are obtained. These chips determine the color ID, patten, etc. of each Robotron. When "breeding", Robotrons can request a chip to be specially made from each of the parent chips. Half will be taken from either partner and will be put into a new microwave or toaster.
When breeding, genders do not matter. Robotrons can have up to two (2) children from their two chips. Each chip creation costs 3,000 gold, due to the fact that Koral needs to scrounge up the extra parts for the offspring.

This house is the home of Koral, one of the 6 survivors. Koral is a scavenger, as she often is found in the Junkyard scrounging up spare parts for her robotics. Koral also owns "Koral's Kustoms", a small shop where she sells her creations.

Tyler King, the remaining mechanic, is working on renovating Electronica's old car garage. Sadly, this is a large effort, of which is no where close to finished yet. He hopes to open it to Robotrons soon, where he will sell his service as a repair man.

A mysterious vendor named James has also followed us on our journey. Shady but, somehow, trustworthy, James runs his own little cart of his "valuable" wares. (Most of which he's found and renovated.)
