View topic - Do you think we ask for too much?

I don't think there is such a thing as asking too much.

Every thread in feedback has meaning - Some things which people may not suggest because they think it would be too much work, might be great ideas which Emy would implement. As far as ideas which are too much work, in general users who suggest them probably don't understand how much work it would be until Emy gets a chance to explain why said feature can't happen.

As for the Spells thread (which was me XD) Yeah, it was too much to ask, but the thought hasn't completely been dropped, the thought of consumable spells for other items is still on the cards for a possibility in the distant future, and it did spark talk/debate regarding what to do about the current spells, which helped Emy make recent decisions.

So, in short, I think every thread is there for a reason - How do we know whether or not it's possible without suggesting it?

I don't see the problem with asking for certain items/features.
If they are too much work for Emy and her staff, then she may decide not to do it or maybe even think about doing it for a later date.
Think back to the marketplace: a lot of users were asking for the marketplace, but Emy decided that we didn't need one right now.
But now, there is a marketplace underway, at least I hope that was in an announcement and I didn't dream it xD

I think the fact that Emy listens to what we want and takes everything into consideration says a lot for this site; she cares about the wants and needs of her users.
Most avatar sites wouldn't listen to us, and I think that shows that they don't overly care about their online community.
