Is there a reason why we can turn apples into quiz books but not the other way around?

So...when does this end so l know how much longer l have to get items?

Fall begins the 22th of this month,
unless you live in South America, parts of Africa, Australia, or Antarctica than it started March 20th.
But you live in Sweden, which is the northern hemisphere, so your Fall doesn't official begin until the 22th =)

I'm also wondering this. The only thing I can think of is that it slows us down with getting complete sets, because those apples are taking me ages, or at least it feels that way.
