This is an RP that started on another avatar sight and moved to Ernya.
Background history.
The demon republic (DR) was once, a long time ago, ruled by a man and a demon. Together their goal was to unite demons with humans and bring peace amongst the races. Throughout the years power hungery demons infiltrated the DR and soon overthrew the leaders. Now run by elite demons and humans the DR is set on conquerer the world and will kill any people in their way.
Here are the names of the Towns.

Odin

Odin is a young man who was naturally dubbed leader of his group of friends. Everybody looks up to him and expects him to know what to do. He is strong willed and a naturally good man. Though there is a dark side of him that he fears and nobody really knows about. He is extremely loyal to his friends and trusts nobody outside of them (unless it is absolutely necessary).
Odin has medium length red hair and grey eyes. He is pretty tall with broad shoulders. He usually can pass for a man much older than himself just because of his looks and size. He carries many different weapons, which he had been trained to use. He was trained by his father to become an omnisorcerer. His knowledge of different magics are vast, yet most of what he knows is out of his skill range. Many times he attempts to use such magic, but it never turns out correctly.
While in a rage, Odin's powers are increased.
Knight
Played by: Miiyako
Knight is a half demon. Loyal companion and side-kick to Odin. Knight is charming and his name very well fights his nature. He is a protector to all those he loves. Knight is very protective of his friends and would die to keep any of them safe. He would go to hell and back if it meant his friends would be safe. He is more level headed than Odin, but is slightly sensitive about his mixed blood. Because of this he becomes very defensive and snappy at anybody who dares questions it. Knight is usually in a battle with himself about his true nature, whether his is more demon than human, or more human than demon.
Knight's skills are more focused on close ranged melee combat. Because he was once an assassin, he is skilled in quick, lethal strikes to bring down enemies fast as well as slow, painful torturous ways of death. Knight is interested in magic and his database rivals Odin's. Thought he doesn't use magic very often, he is capable of using it.
Knight is lean and muscular with short, messy brown hair. His golden color, slight pupal, eyes mark him as a demon. He is tall, but not quite as tall as Odin. In battle he is able to manifest a suit of demonic armor.
Christopher (Chris)

Chris is a young man who comes to the small tavern with a group of traveling young men. There he meets Odin, Dawn and their companions and joins their group and their adventures. Chris is an orphan who tries very hardly to prove he is strong. He has nearly no training at all, but will still do what it takes to help out his friends. He is slightly cowardly, but he is working on that. Over all Chris is a good natured and happy fella.
Chris wields a sword as his only weapon. As of now he has no talents in magic.
The young man has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He is slightly shorter for most males his age, and is picked on for being short.
Ashlynn (Ash) and Hideki

Ash is a vampire who along with her brother Hideki served their vampire master as slaves. Their master used Ash in many ways for his own sick pleasure. After years of the abuse, Hideki managed to escape their tyrant master, but not before he was captured by the demon republic. Ash avoided capture and from that day forth she set out to help save her brother. After many years Ash had still not found and rescued him. Hideki had been brainwashed to serve the demons and managed to work his way up in ranks.
Ashlynn and Hideki are twin, both were turned by a Vampire lord who they both served. Both have matching violet eyes (mark of a vampire) and beautiful black hair. Ashlynn's hair reaches past her lower back. Both have snowy white skin.
Ash is skilled in melee combat, she has some magic control of fire. When in a blood rage Ash transforms into a more demonic version of herself. Her fangs and nails grow longer, her eyes turn red, and blood red horns come from the top of her head.
Ash is very calm and quiet. She keeps to herself and hides away from people when she can. She never speaks to anybody, and when she does she never gives details of herself or her mission to find her brother.
Hideki, now that he has joined the DR, has become a bit more ferocious. He lashes out at people and doesn't think twice about killing anybody who pisses him off or gets in his way. Even though he has been brainwashed to work for the bad guys he still remembers and loves his sister dearly. She is the one thing he would ever fight and die for.
Haishin

Sarcastic and witty, Haishin is a rather selfish, and what he thinks to be as evil, individual. His life goal is to simple kill every other person who has a power he would like to possess. In fact that's all he lives for. He looks out for nobody but himself. He is arrogant, and self-absorbed. Haishin is in fact a womanizer and next to his powers they are the second best thing created.
Haishin is well built and stands at an average male height. He has green eyes and dirty blonde hair and a matching mustache. He is very handsome and easily woos women with just a simple smile. His looks are easily deceiving and along with his linguistic skills he can get himself just about anything he wants. When not in combat he wears a rather noble looking suit with an attached cape.
Haishin's main weapon is a sword and a rather demonic looking blade. He also cares a few daggers, but doesn't usually use them. As of now Haishin's powers are most that of the underworld.
Dark

Dark is a distant cousin of Knight. Dark was sent to live with a high priest named Father Dracoth. There he was bitten and turned into a werewolf. His weaknesses are wolfsbane and silver just like any other werewolf. Dark is destructive, short-tempered, sometimes incompetent. He is slightly naive, as he is still a rather young were-wolf. He always, no matter what, speaks his mind, despite who it will piss off or upset.
His 3 main spells are: Yashi, Din, Indignation. Yashi is a single or mass teleport spell, which usually trains most of Darks mana pool. Din is a single impact spell that is use along with melee strikes. It can mostly explode skulls, and break bones. Indignation, is Dark's most powerful spell. Indignation is a large radious fire spell which ignites everything in its path. Most, if not all Dark's spells are very powerful, but the draw back to using them is self-inflicted injures. Indignation leaves him all but dead. Din usually leaves him bruised from the harsh impact it causes.
Dark doesn't use weapons, most of his fighting he is in his wolf form or fighting hand-to-hand along with his spells.
Jien
Played by Miiyako.
Jien is a rather mysterious man, not much is really known about him. What he has told other was that he was on a mission to find his lover's killer; The demon who had murdered her in a horrible fashion. Jien is a quiet, yet helpful person. He is carrying and tries to show everybody respect.
Jien wears a long trench coat and basically covers the whole gothic fashion. His hair is medium lenght, and wavy black and his eyes are blue. He carries a dark, curved blade sword. His main powers are that of shadow. He is still very new with his power and because of this he doesn't have many spells to use.
Kim

Kim is a teenage girl of 18 or 19, she isn't sure which. she was born into a small, near unheard of village that specializes in swordfighting. When she was 11, she set out to find her own way in life, like everyone else in her village. she was supposed to come back after a few years to show off all she learned, but was caught by the DR, and pawned off to Rhye. She has been brainwashed and tortured, and drugged up for most of it, and she recently escaped, hoping to find anyone to help her take down the DR.
Kim has sholder length blonde hair and pale blue eyes. She is plain as far as women goes, but her nature is a beauty in its own. She wears a spunky forest garb and carries a few weapons on her.
Kim is especially skill in swordfighting and has no magic powers.
Rhye

Though he looks human, he is half-demon and not afraid to show it. He is obsessed with power, and would do anything at any cost to get what he wants. He has no direct loyalties to anyone, instead he chooses to follow whomever is running the DR at the time. He is very demanding and selfish, and doesn't care about anyone, save for his runaway servant, Kim. Rhye uses what ever means he can to control people with. Be that his charms, charisma or the commonly used mind controlling drugs. At some times Rhye can be foolish and cowardly. his dreams of gaining power can usually mask those traits.
Rhye has no skill in magic and usually uses a sword in battle.
Chantihr

Chantihr was born into royalty, and was raised to be biased against any and all with magic. with his father being too old to rule, chantihr's twin sister took over, and began to turn her beliefs into laws. Because Chantihr disagrees with her, he was forced to leave, never allowed to return home. The one true love of his life is dawn, and he would do anything for her. Chantihr is a loyal companion to Odin and he never lets anybody down.
Chantihr uses mainly swords for fighting and though he isn't nearly experience with combat as Dawn and Odin, he still can hold his own in a fight.
Terria

Nature Vampire
Enfeebles enemy with chants.
Long brown hair, violet eyes.
Terria is a borne vampire. Which means is, she was born from two parents who happened to be vampires, she was not a created vampire.
So to explain what a "vampire" is I'll have to give some information. Long ago it was believed that magical powers were gained from drinking the blood of those people with magical talents. So a clan of vampiric humans basically formed hoping to gain any sort of powers, which they never did. But for some reason the blood drinking continued. A warlock (dark wizard) was born into this tradition. As a man born with magic he knew it was absurd to think drinking blood would give you powers, but at the same time he rather liked the idea. And so he sought out to create vampires. He took these humans and combined them with his dark magic and through rituals, sacrifices, and other underwordly dealings he created vampires. . So all in all vampires are super humans that must sustain their power by drinking blood. They don't turn into bats, they aren't effected by sunlight. They aren't undead either. Though they do have fangs and claws which aid in their feeding... Now that we have my new def. of vampire I guess we can move on..
So Terria is a borne vampire. Vampires were put into classes so to speak based on talents. Terria is an Nature Vampire. She is able to use, manipulate, and communicate (so to speak) with nature and all her spells are nature based (poisons, paralyzing agents, ect)
Dawn
Played by Miiyako
Dawn is a very spunky, outgoing, nice woman. She fights for everything she believes in with everything she has. Dawn is known to always go the extra mile with everything she does. She protects her friends like family. Sometimes the things she does may seem reckless to some people, but in her mind it's always the right thing to do.
Dawn usually never wears dresses unless it is for a special occasion. She wears slacks and a simple famine tunic. Around her neck is a black ribbon choker with a blue jem in the middle. Her hair is long and light brown, which she usually keeps pulled back in a braid or pony-tail in order to keep it out of the way. She has pretty green eyes which always come in handy when she wants something.
Dawn uses incantations and chants for her spells, which mostly disable and enfeeble her enemies. She doesn't think twice about using some of her spells on Knight and Odin in order to "punish" them. Dawn is very quick and agile. She is beyond skilled with daggers and knives. Rarely is she every out skilled in battle. She can easily keep up with Odin and Knight because of her speed and quick planned movements.
Meilynn

Meilynn is a very mysterious woman who works at the inn. She keeps to herself while carefully monitoring everybody's movements. At times she seems very sneaky, which causes Odin to become suspicious to her motives. Her motives are unclear as her past, which nobody really knows.
Meilynn is small and petite, but that shouldn't fool anybody. Her skill can easily disable a raging bear. She has black hair, which she usually keeps in braids or buns. Her eyes are almost nearly black. Her slanted eyes gives her a rather exodic look.
Meilynn's power specializes in shadow. She is able to move through shadows to travel or even to gain advantage in combat. She specializes in hand-to-hand combat, using different stances for battle. She knows where to strike and how hard. She knows the human body better than anybody. She can use her knowledge to kill, disable, or even heal a person. She utilizes many different sort of weapons as well. Mostly eastern weapons including; poison hair barbs, poisoned nails, fans, shirikens and others.
Alexial
Played by Haishin.
Alexial is almost like the child in the group. Everybody looks out for her. She always happy and just simply enjoys life. She is extremely kind, caring, and always helps anybody who needs it. She loves adventure even though Odin and the others try to keep her away from the danger that comes a long with it. When left on her own devices she can be very hard to handle. She is stubborn and will never back down from any challenge.
Alexial has long light brown hair which she usually wears loosely and she has sky blue eyes. She often wears a white simple dress that marks her profession as a healer. Alexial uses herbs, powders, and magic to heal her friends and any other person who is in need of help. She is skilled with pole-arms, but favors halberds.
She uses healing magic and elemental magic. The two main magics she uses is fire and lightning.
Father Dracoth
Played by Haishin
Father Dracoth is rather old man. He may look feeble, but he can whip out a can of kick as faster than any other person you come across. For many years he played the part of a kind priest, but it was only a cover for what he was really doing; creating an army of werewolves and gaining the power of heaven, earth, and hell. This man is the epiphany of evil. He rarely shows himself in person, and always sends somebody else to do the dirty work for him. He favors tricks and mind games over battle.
Father Dracoth is a Direwolf. He has turned many young boys into werewolves including Dark. He recutes others promising power and riches, only to end up killing them after their usefulness is all used up.
Dracoth is wrinkly and old, with feathery white hair. His eyes are dark and hard to see due to the extra bagging skin. He wears a black and gold adorned robe and carries around a stave used as a walking stick and power amplifier. He uses his magic from affar and in close combate he transforms in to his giant werewolf form.

Chantihr uses mainly swords for fighting and though he isn't nearly experience with combat as Dawn and Odin, he still can hold his own in a fight.

Terria is a borne vampire. Which means is, she was born from two parents who happened to be vampires, she was not a created vampire.
So to explain what a "vampire" is I'll have to give some information. Long ago it was believed that magical powers were gained from drinking the blood of those people with magical talents. So a clan of vampiric humans basically formed hoping to gain any sort of powers, which they never did. But for some reason the blood drinking continued. A warlock (dark wizard) was born into this tradition. As a man born with magic he knew it was absurd to think drinking blood would give you powers, but at the same time he rather liked the idea. And so he sought out to create vampires. He took these humans and combined them with his dark magic and through rituals, sacrifices, and other underwordly dealings he created vampires. . So all in all vampires are super humans that must sustain their power by drinking blood. They don't turn into bats, they aren't effected by sunlight. They aren't undead either. Though they do have fangs and claws which aid in their feeding... Now that we have my new def. of vampire I guess we can move on..
So Terria is a borne vampire. Vampires were put into classes so to speak based on talents. Terria is an Nature Vampire. She is able to use, manipulate, and communicate (so to speak) with nature and all her spells are nature based (poisons, paralyzing agents, ect)
which is where her elemental powers come from. when she was around seventeen years of age she had a little girl, Serenity. Terria knew who Serenity's father was but kept the information to herself and never even told him. then when Serenity was only two years old, Terria had to choose how to best protect her daughter. so she sent her to live with a relative of a friend of hers. someone who was strickly human. she didn't want serenity to grow up to be what she was. if she didn't drink the blood, she would eventually become a normal human being. when terria was twenty three years old she found Alexial, and helped raise her
Dawn
Played by Miiyako
Dawn is a very spunky, outgoing, nice woman. She fights for everything she believes in with everything she has. Dawn is known to always go the extra mile with everything she does. She protects her friends like family. Sometimes the things she does may seem reckless to some people, but in her mind it's always the right thing to do.
Dawn usually never wears dresses unless it is for a special occasion. She wears slacks and a simple famine tunic. Around her neck is a black ribbon choker with a blue jem in the middle. Her hair is long and light brown, which she usually keeps pulled back in a braid or pony-tail in order to keep it out of the way. She has pretty green eyes which always come in handy when she wants something.
Dawn uses incantations and chants for her spells, which mostly disable and enfeeble her enemies. She doesn't think twice about using some of her spells on Knight and Odin in order to "punish" them. Dawn is very quick and agile. She is beyond skilled with daggers and knives. Rarely is she every out skilled in battle. She can easily keep up with Odin and Knight because of her speed and quick planned movements.
Meilynn
Played by Haishin
Meilynn is a very mysterious woman who works at the inn. She keeps to herself while carefully monitoring everybody's movements. At times she seems very sneaky, which causes Odin to become suspicious to her motives. Her motives are unclear as her past, which nobody really knows.
Meilynn is small and petite, but that shouldn't fool anybody. Her skill can easily disable a raging bear. She has black hair, which she usually keeps in braids or buns. Her eyes are almost nearly black. Her slanted eyes gives her a rather exodic look.
Meilynn's power specializes in shadow. She is able to move through shadows to travel or even to gain advantage in combat. She specializes in hand-to-hand combat, using different stances for battle. She knows where to strike and how hard. She knows the human body better than anybody. She can use her knowledge to kill, disable, or even heal a person. She utilizes many different sort of weapons as well. Mostly eastern weapons including; poison hair barbs, poisoned nails, fans, shirikens and others.
Alexial
Played by Haishin.
Alexial is almost like the child in the group. Everybody looks out for her. She always happy and just simply enjoys life. She is extremely kind, caring, and always helps anybody who needs it. She loves adventure even though Odin and the others try to keep her away from the danger that comes a long with it. When left on her own devices she can be very hard to handle. She is stubborn and will never back down from any challenge.
Alexial has long light brown hair which she usually wears loosely and she has sky blue eyes. She often wears a white simple dress that marks her profession as a healer. Alexial uses herbs, powders, and magic to heal her friends and any other person who is in need of help. She is skilled with pole-arms, but favors halberds.
She uses healing magic and elemental magic. The two main magics she uses is fire and lightning.
Father Dracoth
Played by Haishin
Father Dracoth is rather old man. He may look feeble, but he can whip out a can of kick as faster than any other person you come across. For many years he played the part of a kind priest, but it was only a cover for what he was really doing; creating an army of werewolves and gaining the power of heaven, earth, and hell. This man is the epiphany of evil. He rarely shows himself in person, and always sends somebody else to do the dirty work for him. He favors tricks and mind games over battle.
Father Dracoth is a Direwolf. He has turned many young boys into werewolves including Dark. He recutes others promising power and riches, only to end up killing them after their usefulness is all used up.
Dracoth is wrinkly and old, with feathery white hair. His eyes are dark and hard to see due to the extra bagging skin. He wears a black and gold adorned robe and carries around a stave used as a walking stick and power amplifier. He uses his magic from affar and in close combate he transforms in to his giant werewolf form.

He also beleives that he can control fire, but producing it he has yet to try. When Seris was 18 years old, a group of humans kiddnaped him and Jonie, his long lost love. They tried to burn him but he escaped, but when he tried going back for Jonie he fond her dead. He seecked revenge on the people who did this to him and her but when he went after them, he took a blow in the head with a cement block. He woke up the very next morning unable to remeber anything at all. The only things he remebers is that he loved a girl and that she was murdered by humans. Ever since then he's been traveling the world in hope that things will spark his memory. So far nothing has worked. The thing he last remebers is the girls smiling face. His revenge on the humans has yet to come but if a battle were to take place, he would be on the demon's side a 100%.

Dawn was in her element. With her dagger in her hand, and the hood of her cloak over her face, she snuck up on another guard. To her left, at least ten feet away, she saw Knight out of the corner of her eye. It was only because she caught a glimpse of his eyes, otherwise he was near invisible. She ignored him though as she focused on the next guard. Sneaking up to him, she raised her dagger high, and put it against his throat, wrapping her other arm around his chest. Dawn whispered under her breath a curse as she jerked her arm hard. The guard didn't even have time to gasp. He was down before he could blink. Wiping her dagger clean on his uniform, she stepped over his body, but not before spitting on the guard's face. It was time to move on to the next.

((I'm just going to move Haishin and kim to the city. I don't remember exactly where t hey left off...))
Haishin had the Inn keeper's son help with the horses and their belongings. They were dragged up to their rooms. Haishin insisted on Kim staying in the same room as him due to the DR being so close by. The room wasn't as fancy as the last, but it would do. Haishin requested a good room with two beds. "We wont be staying here long," Haishin explained. "So don't go unpacking your things. Tomorrow morning we will buy a few things. Clothing, a carriage, and what not." Haishin pulled off his coat and placed it on a chair that was tucked into a writing desk. I'll call for somebody to bring dinner up."
Ash dropped down off a building and slammed her knife into the skull of the soldier below. She left it imbedded in the man's head and stalked off after the large redheaded man. He was heading towards the building where she was sure Hideki was.
((Because Toriana wasn't posting I had Terria occupy Hideki and Rhye so they could go about their business in the city.))
Odin had the odd sense that he was being followed. Instead of going right for the building where Terria was he rushed down a side street.
Ash cursed as the man took a sudden turn she took the sharp left and ran down the ally, but instead of running she was caught by large arms. The arms turned her around and slammed her intot he wall. She was too stunned to fight back. "What are you doing?" The voice growled.
Ash flipped her body up and kicked the man in the chest and flipped away. "I don't need to explain myself to you."
"You're following me!" Odin shouted.
"Why are you here?" Ash asked with a growl. "You're going to kill those men inside aren't you?"
Odin glared. "Why should I answer you?"
Ash straightened up and laughed. "Because whether I kill you or not depends on your answer."
Odin's hand went to his sword. So she was one of them then? If she was part of the DR then why didn't she stop him when he was clearly slaughtering the soldiers throughout the city?

Terria was in the back room of one of the nicer buildings with Hideki and Rhye. they knew that she never stayed too long in the camps and they wanted to have their way with her. she told them that she was only to be there for a few hours and if they wanted her that badly they would have to do it together, and share their time with her. she knew that they might not go for this idea, however it had been a while since she was in a camp with either of them. so they agreed. Terria knew that the others either would be arriving very soon or they had already arrived. she stood above the boys on a table and let them look up at her standing as nature would have it above them. she just needed to keep them distracted long enough to catch them off gaurd.
Chantihr was sitting in a corner, feeling forgotten about. Rhye had told him to just sit and rest for awhile, but considering there was a lovely woman "entertaining" Rhye and Hideki, Chantihr decided not to remind Rhye he was still in the room. Blushing, he kept his gaze averted. He had a small feeling that This happened often, with the soldiers helping themselves while other people stood by and watched. It seemed privacy wasn't a foremost issue here. Chantihr decided to entertain himself by closing his eyes and picturing himself standing in formation with the other soldiers and actually being someone.

Odin and Ash were causing so much noise that it drew the attention of a few armed guards. The guards who were supposed to be guarding the building both Hidekie and Rhye were in. Well on the good side now he would have an easier time killing them with out the people inside hearing anything. On the bad side he was going to have to get through this woman first. Just as Odin turned around to draw his sword on her she lepted through the air and cleared his head and attacked the closest soldier. Claws extented she ripped the thoat open of the man and then proceeded to take down the rest in no time at all.
Odin dropped his arms to the side. The point of this sword stuck into the gravel. "What the hell?"
Ash flicked the blood from her hands and turned to Odin. "I do not approve of these men, but you cannot kill the ones inside. One of them is my brother."
Odin groaned. Great. Now what was he supposed to do? "What do you plan on doing ocne we are inside?"
"I will get him to leave with me." She said as if she was so sure he would.
Odin really didn't want to agrue with her, but she could deal with her brother. From the information that was gathered, thanks to Terria, Hideki must be her brother. Hideki was a vampire and by the looks of it so was Ash. Her violet eyes betrayed what she truely was.

When Rhye heard the commotion coming from outside he jumped to his feet, fuming. He had been enjoying himself. Looking around, he noticed Chantihr sitting in the corner and his face broke into a big grin. He had honestly forgotten that Chanthir was in there. "Well then. Seems we have a bit of a scuffle going on. In the back of his mind, Rhye felt a slight pang of fear. He didn't want to die, but he quickly brushed that aside. Who knew what would happen? Snarling, he called for his guards. Only a couple came running into the room. "Where's the rest of them?" Rhye demanded, outraged.
"Murdered, Captain. We have people sneaking through the city. There's a few here, and the guards were caught unaware."
"Unnacceptable." Rhye snarled. "Find them, bind them, and bring them to me. That's an order. Don't let them touch you." He turned away, back to the people in the room. "Seems we have a change of plans." Rhye turned to Chantihr. "You are going to escape. I'll come find you when this is over. There's a secret escape right behind you, in cases such as this. It leads underground, and it will take you to the edge of the camp. You'll be safe if you remain hidden. Go."

He knew Rhye wouldn't let him, because he had no experience. turning around, he felt the wall for the exit Rhye had pointed out to him. finally he found it, and he found the switch that opened it.
