Welcome to ernya! ^^ You've been approved and will receive a trade from the charity mule shortly. ^^

Quests are simple enough. pick an item, or items, or even an entire avatar outfit, and make it your goal to save gold/hearts to obtain it with. Essentially that's questing. ^^

Spells are a unique feature of ernya. They currently cost 20 hearts in the donation shop or 5-6K in the exchange based on current heart values. You get hearts by either donating real money to the site, or saving up your gold and buying hearts from other users. ^^

With one spell you can change the color of any Donation, coin, or leveling item on the site. Keep in mind though it takes one spell per item, so if you have more than one item you want to change the color of you'll need more than one spell. You can equip the spells to the items you wish to change in your inventory and they ARE reusable. ^^

i'm pretty used to (other) avatar based forum sites so it doesn't take much for me to get settled in, i've been building on my inventory pretty fast here

Eh...so far, other than the 3 fillings, I've been pretty much okay with nothing more than a professional cleaning by their yukky paste and their super electric toothbrush...and since I've upped my game a bit with an electric toothbrush of my own, I reckon I should still be alright.

I havn't had my wisdom teeth yet either...I figure I'm not wise enough. LOL! I don't mind not being wise...I'm fairly happy with who I am. :3

Mouthwash, when used with regular brushing, helps kill more bacteria than brushing alone, I know that much is true. *nods* I guess it's able to get in between teeth where brushes generally cannot so...yeah that makes sense.

They just blow air and take pictures to check if I've got any developing cavities.

I had that last time I went, 2 years ago, but since I haven't had any tooth sensitivity since I assume it's gone. (.>>)

Hmm... I think I'm going to let the bacteria thrive, good and bad bacteria and all that shiz.
My body knows best. I might reconsider if I get my wisdom teeth, though. xD

I should probably floss more regularly, though.

Everybody gets their wisdom teeth, some just later than others. Not everyone has to have them removed either. I did cause my mouth wasn't big enough for them and my other teeth. XD They removed 6 or so teeth in one surgery. I slept a lot that week. XD

Venomoth: I don't blame you in the least! I love this site with a passion and so far it's the only one I've really truly stuck with. I rarely go more than a day without logging in. LOL
