If I wanted a set of banners, as in all the same colours/sizes and stuff, but different text, would I only have to fill in one form or one form for each banner?

Just one order form. If there were certain fonts you wanted, you would just have to list them. For example: Banner 1 - Times New Roman, Banner 2 - Arial, etc. The only time I have people fill out more then one banner form is if the graphics are going to be different for each one.
